She is an Adjunct Professor of the University of South Australian, and holds Visiting Professorships in both Poland and the UK. She is, with Stephen Linstead, editor of the journal Culture and Organisation, and has published a number of books. Monika Kostera is Professor in Management and Organization Theory at Warsaw University (Poland).
