Author Information

Indira Carr is Professor Emeritus at the University of Surrey. She writes extensively on international trade law, corruption, and information technology law. Carr edits Information and Communications Technology Law and co-edits Asian Philosophy. Both journals are published by Taylor & Francis. Jae Sundaram is Reader in Trade & Maritime Law at the University of Buckingham. A dual-qualified lawyer, he has published scholarly articles in law of world trade, modern armed-conflict, and is the author of the textbook WTO Law and Policy: A Political Economy Approach, and the monograph Pharmaceutical Patent Protection and World Trade Law. Both are published by Taylor & Francis (Routledge).
