TARSEM BHOGAL is the Principal of the Staff Training Centre, Association of Indian Banks in the UK. Previously a senior faculty member of an international bank's Regional Staff Training and Development Centre in London, Bhogal set up a Regional Staff Training Centre of a public sector bank in northern India. He has been a practical banker, managing banking operations in Kenya, India and the United Kingdom, starting his career with The Standard Bank Limited.
