Owen Murhpy has an extensive background, both in the military and outside of it, as a project manager in the international business scene. He has a degree in electrical engineering from UCLA and a MBA. Murphy as 15 years of professional experience, much of it in Europe and Asia, developing, managing and implementing various technical projects for Hughes, Raytheon, and overseas governments.
