KAREN O'REILLY is Professor of Sociology at Loughborough University, UK. She has vast experience of teaching sociological theory and international migration, and has published widely in the field of sociology. Her previous publications include Ethnographic Methods, Key Concepts in Ethnography and The British on the Costa del Sol.
