Author Information

Alan Rushton is a Director of Dialog Consultants Ltd, a consultancy specializing in distribution, logistics and supply chain management. He is formerly Director of Graduate Programmes at the Centre for Logsitics and Transportation, Cranfield School of Management. Steve Walker is currently Supply Chain Solutions Director, EMEA for the DHL Exel Supply Chain Business. He has regularly lectured at Cranfield and has until recently held the post of external examiner.
