Reviews

"This monograph is valuable, not only for those scholars who are willing to reconstruct current climate law discourses but also for practitioners that intend to strengthen their arguments. Also, Mayer's contextual analysis can be borrowed to discuss another topic: ""international law obligations on climate change adaptation"". * JiHua, Chinese Journal of International Law *"
