Overview

The Healthy Benji book series brings excitement through reading about a variety of nutritious foods. Children will learn the value of various fruits and vegetables and understand how to make strategic choices as they nourish their bodies. The stories are designed to expose children to a wide array of food choices and for them to enjoy being a part of the preparation process.
