Author Information

Petra Minnerop is Lecturer in Law at the University of Dundee. Previously, she was lecturer at Birmingham City University, School of Law, and before that was a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law. Rüdiger Wolfrum is Managing Director of the Max-Planck Institute for International Peace and the Rule of Law, the former Director of the Max-Planck Institute for International and Comparative Public Law, and a Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. Frauke Lachenmann is Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law.
