Professor Andrea Lista is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law at the Law School, University of Exeter. Andrea has vast experience in the field of international commercial sales and in international commercial arbitration: he has been lecturing in commercial law for many years in London, Southampton and Exeter, and he is a former Member of the Institute of Maritime Law in Southampton.
