OverviewThe objective of this book is to provide ICAO, States, competent authorities and aerodrome operators with a comprehensive overview of legal challenges related to international aerodrome planning. He holds a Doctor of Laws and a M.Sc. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Besides, he has gained experience in interpreting and implementing aerodrome-related legal requirements adopted by ICAO and EASA.
