Nick Pilcher is a Lecturer and the current Programme Leader for the MSc Intercultural Business Communication at the Edinburgh Napier Business School, UK. Gyung Sook Jane Lee is a Professor at the Institute of Liberal Arts Education at Chonnam National University in Korea.
