Chapter 15.- Conclusion.ReviewsAuthor InformationDr. Beate Sjåfjell is a Professor in the Faculty of law at the University of Oslo and a visiting professor at College of Europe, European Legal Studies Department. She is founder and head of the Oslo Law Faculty’s research group Companies, Markets and Sustainability. She also coordinates international projects and networks, including the EU-funded interdisciplinary project Sustainable Market Actors for Responsible Trade (SMART, 2016-2020) and Daughters of Themis: International Network of Female Business Scholars. She publishes extensively in the field of corporate law, corporate governance and sustainability. Dr. Roseanne Russell is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol Law School (UK) where she researches labour law, corporate governance and feminist legal theory. Her work to date has focussed on the representation, treatment and progression of women in the corporate workplace. Prior to joining academia, Roseanne was a solicitor specialising in employment law. Dr. Maja van der Velden is a Professor at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, Norway. Her research is focused on the design and impact of digital technologies, in particular the interaction of technologies with societies and planet, with sustainability, digitalisation, and just transitions as special interests. She leads the Regenerative Technologies research group and founded the Sustainability Lab. Prior to joining the University, Maja worked for a number of years advising civil society organisations on the adaptation of information and communications technology, in particular in contexts of economic development and social change.
