Prior to this, he taught at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies as Associate Professor, headed the Centre for Studies in Banking and Finance, established by the Reserve Bank of India corpus. His PhD on Management and Economics is preceded by dual Master’s in Economics and Management. Earlier he taught at National Law University, National Institute of Bank Management (established by the Reserve Bank of India), National University of Juridical Sciences and Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. His areas of preference and international publications include Strategies, Bank Risk Management, Financial Economics and Policy Research. He is Life Member of the Indian Statistical Institute, Indian Economic Association and Indian Econometric Society. Nivedita Mandal , Associate Professor and founder Head of the Department of Economics at Adamas University. She received Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. Previously Professor Mandal was associated with the Management Department, Koneru Lakshmaiah University and the Department of Management Studies, ICFAI University, Hyderabad. There are several reputed conference papers and journal papers to Professor Manda's credit – both national and international.
