He is a Maria Tsakos Foundation and GACUK scholar. He is currently exploring the maritime cultural landscape of Hellenistic and Imperial Crete for the purposes of his thesis. He has worked on several archaeological projects in Greece, the Black Sea, and the UK, both on land and underwater. Angela Falezza is a DPhil candidate in Classical Archaeology at the University of Oxford, where she is researching interactions between the Aegean and Southern Italy in the Late Bronze Age. She has been involved in various international archaeological projects, including Italy and Greece.
