Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is also serving as Head: Computer Sc. Engg. & Information Technology in the same university. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 21 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 39 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as “Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. Among the international conference publications, four papers have received “Best Paper Award''. He has been instrumental in chairing/co-chairing around 30 international conferences in India and abroad as Publication/TPC chair and edited 55 book volumes from Springer-Nature as a corresponding/co-editor/author on date. He has delivered nearly 25 keynotes, invited talks in international conferences, ATAL, TEQIP and other AICTE sponsored FDPs and STTPs. He has been Editor-in-Chief of IGI Global--International Journal of Natural Computing and Research (IJNCR) an ACM & DBLP indexed journal from 2017-22. He has guest edited Special Issues in reputed SCIE indexed journals under SpringerNature and Elsevier. He is Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of CSI.   Maitreyee Dey is a Lecturer at London Metropolitan University in the Department of Computer Science and Applied Computing. She is also Visiting Fellow at London South Bank University. She completed her PhD (2020) from London, U.K., M.Tech (2012) and B. Tech (2009) Degrees from India. Before joining LondonMet she was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, London South Bank University, and jointly holds the post of Data Mining Lead of Neuville Grid Data Management Limited. She worked as a research fellow for three years and two months (August 2012- October 2015) at Jadavpur University, India. Her academic achievements include receiving various prestigious fellowship; the Access to Innovation (A2i) and Low Carbon London (LCLDN) project funded by ERDF for post-doc scholarship.   Peter Peer is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana (UL), Slovenia, where he heads the Computer Vision Laboratory, is a member of the faculty senate, a member of the Faculty management board, and coordinates the double degree study program with the Kyungpook National University (KNU), South Korea. He received his PhD in computer science from UL in 2003. Within his post-doctorate he was an invited researcher at CEIT, San Sebastian, Spain. His research interests focus on biometrics and computer vision. He participated in several national and EU funded R&D projects and published over 120 research papers in leading international peer reviewed journals and conferences. He is a co-organizer of a number of competitions at top-tier biometrics conferences. He serves as an executive editor at ICT Express, as an associated editor of IET Biometrics and IEEE Access, and as a topical advisory panel member of MDPI Applied Sciences. He is a member of the EAB, IAPR, and IEEE. Each year he reviews for top-tier conferences. In the past he also served as a chairman of the Slovenian IEEE Computer chapter for four years and guest edited a number of special issues in different SCI journals. He was a guest professor at the North-Caucasus Federal University and KNU and served at the Faculty as a vice-dean for economic affairs for four years.
