About the Authors Graham Chen is the chief technologist of CiTR. Dr. Chen has extensive software development, R&D management and business/technology consulting experience in the field of telecommunications network and service management and distributed systems. He is a regular speaker and committee member in a number of leading international conferences in the network management area, including IEEE NOMS and APNOMS. He has published widely in leading international conference publications and journals. Qinzheng Kong is a senior consultant and software architect of CiTR. Dr. Kong has worked on a range of commercial product development, solution projects, and consulting projects for CiTR's major clients. She has commercial software development experience in TMN solutions, OSI, and distributed systems. Dr. Kong has published widely in leading international conference publications and journals, including IEEE IM (Integrated Management), IEEE NOMS, and the Journal of Network and Systems Management. Her work in CORBA/TMN integration was well recognized as one of the earliest contributions in the industry.
