His career is marked by contributions to satellite systems engineering, space mission development, renewable energy systems, and innovation-driven capacity building in Africa. He has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, conference papers, and technical reports. Prof. Davidson is recognized for his leadership in engineering curriculum transformation, mentorship of postgraduate researchers, and promotion of cross-continental collaborations, driving advancements in Africa’s space and technology ecosystem. Ramesh Bansal is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Sharjah, UAE. He is an active researcher with significant contributions to the fields of power systems, renewable energy, and smart grids.
