Olinzock is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Instructional Systems, Leadership, and Workforce Development at Mississippi State University. He earned his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Olinzock has taught at both the secondary and university levels. His initial teaching experience was at Uniontown Area Senior High School, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. He has also taught at The Ohio State University, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Pittsburgh.
