Author Information

Dr. Anthony A. Olinzock is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Instructional Systems, Leadership, and Workforce Development at Mississippi State University. He earned his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Olinzock has taught at both the secondary and university levels. His initial teaching experience was at Uniontown Area Senior High School, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. He has also taught at The Ohio State University, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Olinzock's professional accomplishments included over 20 published textbooks and over a hundred articles and professional presentations. Dr. Janna B. Arney is Assistant Professor for the Department of Business Technology at the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College. She earned her Ph.D. from the Ohio State University and has taught in higher education in the areas of information systems and business communications. She actively serves on committees at the department, school, and university level and is active in professional organizations. Dr. Arney is also involved with her community and the activities of her three boys. Wylma Skean is an Associate Professor in the Business Technologies Division of Marshall Community and Technical College in Huntington, West Virginia. She serves on various committees and is active in local and state business education initiatives. Ms. Skean has received awards for contributions to education at both the local and state level. She is has Microsoft Office Certifications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
