Marjie Bassler has been channeling messages from The Guides since 2012. She began sharing them with others by email in 2015 and later started the Facebook group Messages from the Guides. The messages are transcribed exactly as they are received telepathically, and therefore, The Guides are the actual authors of this book. Marjie is also a professional artist as well as editor for a company that produces science curricula for kids. She currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
