Helena Wilkinson is a freelance author and international speaker. She is the author of 11 books, including the bestseller Puppet on a String, her personal account of overcoming anorexia, written when she was a teenager. She has written numerous articles for magazines and for four years was the editor of the bestselling journal The Christian Counsellor.
