Overview

When finances are tight and the bank turns its back on you, the future can look bleak. But don't lose hope! There is still a way to turn things around. Insider Secrets about How to Quickly and Easily Pay Off Your Debts is a guide that reveals how private mortgage lending can be the light at the end of the tunnel for financially strapped Canadians with equity in real estate. This book begins by explaining why banks will refuse to help when help is most needed. It then offers a comprehensive overview of private mortgage lending-what it is, who these private lenders are, how the appraisal process works, and the associated costs and borrowing potential. A section dedicated to credit bureaus describes how they function and offers four hacks to repairing bad credit while acquiring a loan. Finally, eight real-life case studies help readers identify with unique personal situations and see the potential in this process. Sometimes everyone needs a fresh start, and Insider Secrets about How to Quickly and Easily Pay Off Your Debts can be the ticket to achieving a debt miracle and turning a bad financial situation completely around.

Author Information

After earning a degree in mathematics from Queen's University, Charles H. Bristoll started working for a small family business. This gave him his first introduction to working with banks on both the personal and professional levels. Bristoll went on to become a commercial mortgage broker and eventually a mortgage development manager for one of the six largest Canadian banks. Here he witnessed firsthand the bank's policy of putting business ahead of the client's needs and circumstances. Since 2006, Bristoll has run his own mortgage brokerage firm, where he now acts as a residential and commercial real estate private lender.
