She has published books, book chapters, and articles in international journals on issues in the domain of educational sciences. She also worked as a research expert, member, and director in national and international research projects on educational themes, such as pedagogical competences, curricular innovations, and ethical use of information technology in higher education. She is also the chief editor of the Journal of Innovation in Psychology, Education and Didactics (JIPED). Monalisa-Laura Gavriluț has a Ph.D. in educational sciences and is a primary school teacher at the 'Spiru Haret' Secondary School in Bacău, Romania. She is also a trainer at the Grigore Tabacaru Teaching Staff House in Bacău and a methodologist teacher at the Bacău County School Inspectorate. She has made important contributions to the educational community as a member of the Primary Education Advisory Board, as well as a responsible person at the Center of Excellence for the Romanian Language and Literature discipline.
