He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Education at Philippine Normal University, Manila. He is a Technical Committee and Advisory Board Member of EURASIA Research since September, 2019. He authored the published books Learning Guide in Methods of Research, Assessment in Student Learning, Fundamentals of Advanced Mathematics, and Introduction to Mathematical Literacy.
