Author Information

George S. Day is the Geoffrey T. Boisi Emeritus Professor and senior fellow of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of nineteen books on marketing, innovation, and strategic management. Sean Pratt has been a working professional actor in theater, film, television, and voice-overs for more than thirty years. He has narrated over one thousand audiobooks and won numerous Earphones Awards and Audie Award nominations. He holds a BFA degree in acting from Santa Fe University, New Mexico.
