He previously worked at CUNEF for 14 years, where he was the Academic Director of Postgraduate Studies, Academic Director, and a professor of Ethics and Corporate Governance. He also served as the CEO of the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and was a professor at Antonio de Nebrija University for 14 years, holding various executive roles. In the banking sector, Díaz Marcos has experience as a Corporate Manager at Banco Santander and as an analyst at the Bank of Spain. His academic background includes a PhD in Business Sciences with a specialization in International Business Management from Antonio de Nebrija University, as well as research proficiency in Applied Economics with a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Economic Growth and Sustainable Development from UNED, and a Diploma in Advanced University Management from Nebrija University.
