Author of the book, Snow Day? No Way!: Back To School Winter Woes and What Do YOU See? Cheri Pellegrino Khorram was born and raised in a small town, 20 minutes north of Boston, called Danvers, Massachusetts. It was in the Danvers Peabody Institute Library where she acquired a love of children's books, her favorite being the books of Dr. Seuss. She fondly remembers spending many summer days as a kid sitting on the library floor in front of the bookshelves and reading book after book, never bothering to take a book to a table to read because it would only slow her down from getting to the next one.
