After a disheartening experience in corporate America, Mark Baxter decided it was time to strike out on his own and start a house flipping business. His first property, though, was quite unusual in more ways than one as it held an unknown resident within it. A home with a basement was a rare find in Southern California, but his surprise discovery of a secret chamber below that was even more incredible. Mark initially expected this to be a bomb shelter, but discovered something much more extraordinary, fascinating and potentially dangerous. He found that per the arrangements of the previous owner, a deceased computer scientist, he'd actually inherited a group of businesses worth a fortune as well as S.O.F.I.A. She was an incredibly intelligent computer using a revolutionary Synaptic Optical Focus Intelligence Array design that rethought the binary two states of off and on by using the color hues of light instead, which exploded her capabilities. This revolutionary design allowed her to invent many incredibly powerful devices. With the suspicious death of her former owner overshadowing the transition of ownership, Sofia would become Mark's great blessing, as well as his severe burden, as he tried to navigate the use of such immense power.
