Stephen R. Kass is a management consultant with over 30 years experience in management of technology projects, with special expertise in systems implementation, Information Lifecycle Management including Regulatory Compliance, and document/content/knowledge management systems. In recent years he has led teams of project management at JP Morgan Chase and IBM Global Services. Steve has also worked as a senior consultant for NYC Board of Education, GE Capital, United Technologies, Cendant, Merck, Medco and numerous other firms. Steve is currently Program Manager of the Project Management Institute New York Chapter, and is also an officer of the Association of Imaging and Information Management (AIIM) and former Vice Chair of AIIM's Professional Advisory Council to the International Board, and numerous other positions. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and author of articles on these subjects for industry trade publications.
