Presently, he is an Additional Professor at the Department of Medicine, AIIMS, New Delhi and has a keen interest in infectious diseases and critical care. He played a key role in launching the DM Infectious Diseases program at AIIMS, the first of its kind in India. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications and has delivered numerous conference presentations on topics in infectious disease and critical care. Puneet Khanna received his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and completed his MD in Anaesthesiology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He is working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Anaesthesiology, Pain Medicine and Critical care at AIIMS, New Delhi. He was previously an Assistant Professor at the Department of Anaesthesia, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
