Ashiwani Kumar is Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India, and has research interests in the areas of tribology, nanomaterials, composite materials, and biomaterials. He has completed several projects funded by various agencies. He has proven his domain-specific dedication through 20 UG projects, 8 PG projects, and 1 PhD Project under his current supervision and has published more than 50 papers in refereed journals and conferences. He has published ten reference books and ten book chapters and has been granted three patents. Mukesh Kumar has done his PhD on multi-ingredient friction composites. It deepened his expertise in R&D work related to composites, specifically polymer and metals/alloy matrix-based composites. He is currently Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He has proven his domain-specific dedication through 14 UG projects, 16 PG projects, and 4 PhD projects. About one UG batch of four students, one PG student, and two PhD projects are under his current supervision. His work has been published in 55 research articles across various journals of national and international reputation. He also contributed seven book chapters and about seven reference books. Bhavna Pandey is Assistant Professor at UPES Dehradun in India, has earned a PhD in mechanical engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has pursued her master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. She has three years of teaching and research experience. Her areas of research are sustainable manufacturing, lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, sustainable product design, sustainable supply chain management, and sustainable composite materials.
