Salil Shetty is a thought leader on the subjects of poverty and human rights at the international level and former secretary general of Amnesty International. Salman Khurshid is a lawyer, author and politician affiliated with the Indian National Congress. A graduate of St Stephen’s College, Delhi, and the University of Oxford, he has served in various capacities, including as Union minister of external affairs, minister of law and justice, and minister of minority affairs.
