Helen McGuinness is the principal of the Holistic Training centre in Southampton, one of the leading providers of training programmes in holistic therapies. She is the author of Anatomy and Physiology: Therapy Basics, Aromatherapy: Therapy Basics and Baby Massage, also published by Hodder Arnold.
