Author Information

Sunil Mani is Professor and Planning Commission Chair at the Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. He is an Honorary Fellow at the National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies, New Delhi, and an Honorary Professor both at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and at the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. He holds a PhD in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and has conducted post-doctoral research in economics at Oxford University, UK.
