Her compassion to make a difference in her former community in Tacoma, WA motivated her to volunteer over 3000 community service hours to her community and support the Housing Authority and Resident Management Organization where she was honored with the Mayor's Tacoma, WA City of Destiny Award. India worked in Business Management/Human Resources for over 32 years. She has honorably served in the United States Army, Navy and Air Force. India is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. India is also a Graduate of Columbia School of Broadcasting and completed Graduate courses at George Mason University.
