Setting the Stage: Introduces inclusive leadership and theoretical frameworks Concepts and Practices: Includes chapters on the themes and theories of inclusive leadership and case studies demonstrating them Living Into Inclusive Leadership: Puts inclusive leadership into practice and offers examples of how it's been done in various academic libraries Inclusive leadership incorporates empathy, acknowledges that every person brings different perspectives and skills to the workplace, and articulates that leaders exist at all levels.
