OverviewThe research presented in this book originated from the project Prejudice against those included in inclusive education. Funded by CNPq, it was developed in São Paulo from 2008 to 2010 at the USP Institute of Psychology. After this period, colleagues from other universities in the fields of education and psychology reapplied it in their cities using Critical Theory of Society. The researchers from other universities who developed this project were: from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, professors Branca Maria de Meneses and Dulce Regina Pedrossian; from the State University of Bahia, professors Luciene Maria Silva, Jaciete Barbosa dos Santos, and Jamara Dourado; from the Federal University of Pará, professor Rosi Giordano and researchers Jaciane Viana Oliveira and Lana J. Santos Nazareth; and in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, from the National University of Avellaneda, professors Horácio M. Ferber, Mabel Del Giúdice, Viviana Carolina González, and Cecilia Barcena. In São Paulo, professors Ricardo Casco, Cíntia C. Freller, Lineu Nório Kohatsu, Marian Ávila de Lima, and Dias participated in the research.
