In My Mind

Overview

Starting school is both exciting and terrifying for Camilo. He wonders what his new teacher and classmates will think of him. However, as the day unfolds, Camilo struggles to fit in. The classroom feels overwhelming, and he battles nerves that make it hard to speak up or focus. He gets distracted, daydreaming about far-off places, and sometimes he forgets he's in school altogether. But as the day goes on, Camilo discovers unexpected joys. This heartwarming story captures the challenges of a child with ADHD navigating a busy first day of school.
