Author Information

Brijraj Singh A Rhodes Scholar at Lincoln College, Oxford, and a Fulbright Scholar at Yale University, where he was awarded a PhD., Brijraj Singh taught not only at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, but also at Hostos Community College (City University of New York), his alma mater, St. John’s College (Agra), and Delhi university, where he was a Professor. He also taught and was Dean at Delhi’s St. Stephen’s College.
