The Author: Tobias Hildenbrand was born in Tuttlingen in 1978. In 2004, he received a master's degree in business information systems (""Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker"") at the University of Mannheim. He conducted the underlying research to this book as an assistant and doctoral candidate at the University of Mannheim as well as the University of California, Irvine (USA) between 2004 and 2008.
