She holds a Master of Mass Communication from UiTM Shah Alam, awarded in 2008. Throughout her distinguished academic and professional career, Baby Anusha has held several key leadership roles, including Strategic & University Transformation Coordinator (PSTU), Head of the Centre of Strategic Communication, and Head of the Public Relations Program. In addition, she has contributed her expertise as an External Accessor for COPIA (Collaborative Online Peer-Assessment Initiative). Her areas of expertise include public relations, international public relations, digital public relations, and persuasion communication. She is known for her contributions to both academia and the practice of public relations, particularly in the areas of strategic communication and transformation within university settings. Baby Anusha continues to be actively involved in research and development in these fields, shaping the future of public relations education and practice in Malaysia. Dr. Azman Norhidayah is a lecturer in Faculties of Business Management and Professional Studies, Management and Science University, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. She holds a doctoral degree in Business Management “Consumer behavioural intention in healthy food product” from Management and Science University (MSU). With the strong 7 years industrial experience, her particular specialization is digital marketing, big data, management, human resources, consumer behavior and marketing. She also receives Certified Marketing Professional from American Industrial Certification Institute for completing marketing professional courses. She has participated and presented research papers in several International academic conferences. Dr Fitri Hariana Oktaviani is a researcher, lecturer, and practitioner in gender & organisational communication. Her research focuses on untangling the issues of gender inequality in Indonesian organisations using a socio-cultural-historical lens. Fitri is an alumna of the Australia Awards Scholarship (AAS) for her PhD at UQ Business School, awarded in January 2022. She is also an alumna of the Australia Development Scholarship (ADS) for her Master of Organisational Communication at the University of Queensland. She currently works as an academic and leads the Communication for Social Change research cluster at the Department of Communication, Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. She has published in highly ranked international journals (Q1) such as Gender, Work, and Organisation, Leadership, and Management Communication Quarterly. She is also an active author for the Conversation. Currently Fitri serves as a deputy director and an expert for the gender and society working group for PhD Mama Indonesia, a community organisation advocating women’s rights and opportunities to pursue higher education in Indonesia. She is also a member of the prestigious Akademi Ilmuwan Muda Indonesia (Indonesia Young Scientist Academy/ALMI) for science and policy working group.
