He worked as honorary clinical-researcher at Royal Brompton Hospital in London (UK) and as post-doc researcher at Hannover Medical School (Germany), with a main research interest in cardiovascular imaging. He is Fellow of the European Board of Nuclear Medicine and Committee Member in the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) and European Society of Cardiovascular Radiology (ESCR).
