Author Information

Jennifer Waterman holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She founded the OMNIA Concept after finding a deficit related to art for those with dementia. Her true passion to become an advocate became apparent when her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Jennifer chose her journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long term care for ten years gaining experience and understanding those with dementia. Her journey continues to this day as a Memory Care Director and a Healthcare Strategy Consultant. During her off time she enjoys photography and time with her family.
