Donald M. Stout served almost twenty years in the United States Army, including two tours in Vietnam, which resulted in two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He is retired and lives in Bug Tussle, Texas, with his wife Deb, five cats, and four dogs. He spends his days working on his little farm and admiring the beautiful Texas countryside. James P. Gregory Jr. is a PhD candidate at the University of Oklahoma and the editor of several books, including The Story of One Marine and A Poet at War. David de Vries is a veteran stage actor and award-winning audiobook narrator. He can be seen in a number of feature films, including The Founder, The Accountant, Captain America: Civil War, and Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk. On television, his credits include House of Cards, Nashville, and Halt and Catch Fire.
