Author Information

Meenakshi Sharma is an associate professor at IIM Ahmedabad. She earned her PhD and research master's degrees from the University of Queensland. Her teaching and research areas range across organizational communication, cultural studies, and post-colonial theory and literature. Her published works include a book on postcolonial Indian writing, articles in international refereed journals and books on management communication and postcolonial criticism. At IIMA, she coordinates and teaches an executive training programme on effective communication strategies for leaders. She also runs workshops on presentations skills, written communication and persuasive communication in training programmes for executives of government services, PSUs and MNCs.
