OverviewOne of the biggest challenges faced by project managers, coordinators, entrepreneurs, and working parents is limited time and energy for the number of tasks and obligations they are required to meet. Often they are faced with multiple demands simultaneously and must perform within deadlines. How does one achieve such a feat? In the past, multitasking was tooted as 'the way' to achieve maximum productivity. In recent times, however, studies have found that multitasking is not the most effective way to get work or anything done, for that matter. Strategic management is far more effective.
