Robert Cox is a native of Dallas, Texas. He worked as a truck driver for 35 years, before retiring in 1992. Robert has travelled the country, working as a part-time actor. After mastering the quick draw skill at a young age, he mesmerized crowds at gun shows, performing as The Texan. He currently resides in Dallas with Patricia Cox, his wife of 19 years. He has 5 sons, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. If Only I Could Read is his first book.
