Overview

BackgroundThe principal goal when we manage patient with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is to preserve vision and prevent optic nerve atrophy (ICP). Since visual function can be severely threatened, it is crucial to evaluate the prognostic factors. Our man main goals were to identify these factors and propose therapeutic guide lines and follow-up strategy.Patients and MethodsWe conducted a retrospective study including all the patients diagnosed with IIH. Our cohort was divided into 2 subgroups according to the quality of outcome. Results: NOUHA FARHAT is Professor of Neurology since 2020. she is member of Department of Neurology at Habib Bourguiba Hospital since 2014. Doctor Nouha Farhat is member of the south Tunisian association of Neurology since 2014. she is a member of the neurogenetics research laboratory and center clinical investigation. she is responsible for memory consultation. domains of expertise are movements disorders, Parkinson's disease and dementia. she authored and co-authored more than 50 original papers or book chapters especially on movements disorders and Parkinson disease.We included 106 patients.
