Osterberg Ice Cream is found in Copenhagen, Denmark and also in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. When they make ice cream, they do not compromise on anything. After studying a degree in Food Science and subsequent MSc. in Gastronomy and Health at the University of Copenhagen, Cathrine went to Canada, where one of the world's leading ice researchers can be found. Osterberg runs courses in Ice Cream and develops recipes over a long time, Cathrine is now teaching weekly ice lessons in Canada with her ice professor.
