This is already the second edition of this book, revised and extended. The book covers the topic of how to implement IBM Maximo Asset Management efficiently and bring value to customers. The book begins by describing how to prepare the project and run the workshops. There is an explanation of how to design the system and what deliverables will be. The following chapters focus on the project organization to make it productive. This part of the book can be helpful also for managers of Maximo implementation teams.
